My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the facilities were exquisite and the dining options were enjoyable, I was disappointed to find that several advertised amenities, like room service and shuttle services, were no longer available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the situation regarding the amenities was frustrating. Overall, the hotel's charm was overshadowed by a lack of transparency about what they offer.
